Suppressing your unresolved hurts and uncomfortable feelings makes it difficult to form healthy relationships, self-regulate, and handle stress.

You may have learned to cope through people-pleasing, perfectionism, co-dependency, disordered eating, etc.

These patterns, while they may have seemed helpful at first, are only making you feel more anxious, depressed, and lonely.

While anxiety, depression, and loneliness are all parts of the human condition, and will ebb and flow throughout your life, avoiding these uncomfortable feelings will only lead to low self-esteem, loneliness, perfectionism, codependency, disordered eating, addiction, etc. In our time together, you will learn how to stop avoiding discomfort and instead engage in new thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to heal old wounds and reclaim your life

What I do

My role as a therapist is to help you explore how unresolved trauma and past relationships have shaped who you are, your current issues, and how you can make meaningful change.

I also help disconnected or high conflict couples shift attachment dynamics and learn to address conflict.
